Refund Policy

The company will refund customers in the following cases:

  1. The company is unable to deliver the product as ordered by the customer.
  2. The customer receives a product or service that does not match the agreement made with the company, with evidence proving the discrepancy.
  3. The product is damaged, defective, or incomplete due to manufacturing issues, and the customer wishes to return it without exchanging it for another product.


The company will not issue refunds or exchange products in the following cases:

  • The product's condition has changed from when it was reported to the company.
  • The product was not purchased from the company.
  • The product has been opened, unsealed, written on, or used.
  • The product is damaged or has been damaged due to improper packaging during the return process by the customer.
  • The customer fails to submit a claim and return the product within 7 days after receiving it.
  • The product is a free gift or part of a promotional event with specific conditions.


Refund Processing Time:

  • For customers who made payments via credit card through SCB (Siam Commercial Bank) registered in Thailand, refunds will be processed back to the credit card used for the payment. This process may take approximately 30 business days, depending on the credit card billing cycle of the customer's bank.
  • For customers who made payments via Internet Banking or Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed back to the account name and number used for the payment. This process may take approximately 20 business days.


Cancellation Policy:

Customers cannot cancel their orders once payment has been made or a deposit has been placed.
